We utilize advanced
3D scanning technologies to solve engineering and manufacturing challenges of any complexity. This allows us to capture ultra-precise geometric data, significantly enhancing the quality of all subsequent engineering and production stages.
Our 3D scanning technology is applied in two key areas:1. Engineering and New Equipment Design
Scanning enables us to rapidly and accurately create digital models of existing components. These models serve as the foundation for developing new or modernized products, specifically tailored to real-world operational conditions.
2. Enhancing Repair Quality and Speed
During the refurbishment of worn or damaged components, we capture the exact geometry of the part. This eliminates design errors for replacement components and substantially reduces overall repair turnaround times.
Project StagesStage 1: Data Acquisition (Scanning)
The component or assembly is digitized using a
high-precision mobile 3D scanner. We obtain a detailed digital model representing the actual dimensions, shape, and deviations from the nominal values.
Stage 2: Post-Processing and Modeling
Based on the raw scan data, a comprehensive
CAD model of the part or assembly is developed. If required, we perform:
- Structural optimization and reinforcement;
- Design adaptation for specific operating environments;
- Reverse engineering of legacy components.
Stage 3: Technical Documentation
A complete set of precise working drawings and technical documentation is generated. This package is essential for launching the product into manufacturing or executing high-quality restoration work.
3D Scanning is the foundation of precision engineering, superior repair quality, and minimized lead times.
